Attention Athletes:  All athletes are required to have a physical turned in prior to playing a sport at MND.  A copy of the OHSAA physical form can be found at the bottom of this page.  Beacon Orthopoaedics is performing these physicals this summer on July 24th and July 28th.  This is a very convenient for our athletes and we encourage you to attend one of these sessions.  The cost is $20.00 and MND receives $10.00 in supplies from Beacon for each athlete that has a physical on these days.  For more information regarding these dates please see “Preseason Physicals at Beacon“ below.
