Senior Class of 2010 Welcomes New Class Officers

Following elections for class officer positions, Mount Notre Dame’s 2009-2010 senior class welcomes four new students as president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer into the class office positions.

Angie Tollefson, daughter of Drake and Sue Tollefson of Loveland, will lead the Class of 2010 as president. “I am proud to represent the Class of 2010 and am grateful for their support. I’m excited to continue sharing, serving and learning in this role.”

Jenna Pilipovich, daughter of Cindy and George Pilipovich of Loveland, was elected the vice-president position. “I am honored to be vice president for my senior class. Being the 150th class to graduate from MND, it is bound to be a great year!” she exclaimed.

Katie Carstens, daughter of Paul and Sheri Carstens of Batavia, will be the new secretary. This is the third time she has held an officer position. “We have a strong group to lead next year,” she said, “I am ready to contribute all that I have to make the year 2010 successful for MND’s senior class.”

Dayden Shaffer, daughter of Michael and Kellie Shaffer of Morrow, is the new treasurer. This was Shaffer’s first year at MND. After being elected, she said, “I am so grateful for the chance I’ve been given to represent our great class, especially because I am new this year and may not know everyone.”

In 2010, Toffefson, Pilipovich, Carstens and Shaffer will lead the 150th class to graduate from Mount Notre Dame.
