Getting a Head Start

Every year, Mount Notre Dame offers prep classes to eighth grade girls for the High School Placement Test (HSPT). This year’s test is slated for Saturday, November 19 for students all across the city. Taking MND’s prep class is a great step forward in preparing students for  the test and making them more comfortable on the day of the actual exam.

During the 2011-2012 school year, Mount Notre Dame graduate, Wendy Knapmeyer Schworer ’85, will conduct two sessions.  This summer she taught three sold-out prep classes at MND.  Mrs. Schworer has ten years of experience teaching junior high school and was recently honored as an “Angel Educator” by MND.
