Coach Kelly Main

As the new varsity basketball coach at Mt. Notre Dame, Kelly Main becomes the fifth consecutive MND head basketball coach (over a period of 16 years) to get their head coaching career started at MND. Coach Main has coached at Norwood High School where he was the boys varsity assistant coach and helped turn around the program from a 0-21 team the previous season to an 11-11 team. After that he was the boys varsity assistant coach at Indian Hill High School where he helped guide the team to a 19-4 record and the CHL Championship. Coach Main has also spent time as the wide receivers coach for Milford High Schools varsity football team.

Coach Main is a 1996 graduate of Arlington High School and graduated in 2000 from Defiance College with a degree in Education as well as being a four year letter winner in football. Kelly currently is a 5th grade language arts teacher at Edwin H. Greene Intermediate School in the Sycamore School District. He resides in Loveland, Ohio with his wife Jennifer and two daughters Mikayla and Kendyll.
