Freshman Service Opportunities

A goal of MND's Community Service Program is to help students get involved in serving others early during their high school experience.  To help introduce the girls to service, several freshman-focused service opportunities are offered during the year.  Note: There are many other service experiences freshman can get involved with at MND - however these are specifically focused towards freshmen.

FASD 2010 Recap
The Freshman / Alumnae Service Day, was held on November 20, 2010. Groups of people served at a several organizations in the Cincinnati area. After gathering for breakfast at MND, we headed to service sites where we worked with children at the Wesley Chapel Super Saturday Program and help build sets, benches, decorations and even large butterflies with Cincinnati Parks for the Spring Butterfly Show at Krohn Conservatory! Afterwards we gathered back at MND for good food and better fellowship. It was an awesome event and many friendships were made.
