The "Caring Cougars Service Team" coordinates community service activities for students to participate in throughout the year. To get involved in a project, contact Mrs. Melanie Brinkmann or Mr. Todd Forman, or any member of the Caring Cougars Service Team.

Tutoring and After School Help at Local Grade Schools

MND students can volunteer at a variety of area grade schools during and after school hours, including Sts. Peter and Paul Academy and St. Joe's. More information on each specific school can be found by visiting the Mentoring / After School tab.
 

Freshman Service Days

Want to make a difference and have a great time as well? “Caring Cougars” sponsors Service Saturdays throughout the year for freshman ladies and their parents. Amercian Cancer Society's Relay for Life

In May of each year, MND students form teams for the Sycamore Relay for Life that benefits the American Cancer Society. Each team pledges to raise $1,000 for cancer research and awareness.  Hundreds of MND students participate!  Click HERE to learn more about the national Relay for Life program.

RISE: Reinforcing Service and Empowerment

Saturday mornings, Mt. Notre Dame students partner with various agencies to help improve the quality of affordable and safe housing available to low income families in the Greater Cincinnati Area.   This year we are working with Over-the-Rhine Community Housing.  Click HERE to learn more about this program.
