Meet the Coaches
Alisia Sullivan Davis ’02 (varsity head coach and program director)
Now in her fifth year coaching dance for MND, Alisia works with the varsity dance team developing their technique, choreographing and preparing the team for Nationals. Previously, Alisia coached the junior team for three years, leading the junior team to their most successful season in MND history, going undefeated the entire season and placing first in the state in both their pom and kick routines! Alisia has received choreography awards on both the junior and varsity level and looks forward to her second year as head coach of the varsity team. Alisia is a 2002 graduate of MND where she danced for four years.
Cat Hartman ’04 (varsity assistant coach)
This is Cat’s third year coaching for MND and her second year as assistant coach for the varsity team. Prior to coaching varsity, Cat coached the junior team alongside of Alisia Davis for the 2009-2010 dance season. Cat danced at the college level at Bowling Green State University where she minored in dance. She also coached Bowling Green High School’s dance team her senior year. Cat is a professional cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals, enjoying both being on a team and coaching one. Cat is a 2004 graduate of Mount Notre Dame and a four year varsity dance team member.
Emily Condeni (junior varsity head coach)
This is Emily’s second year coaching the junior varsity team for MND. Emily is a 2005 graduate of Mount Notre Dame and a four year varsity dance team member. While a member of the MND dance team, Emily was a 2 year officer and helped lead the team to their highest placing at nationals to date, a 3rd place medal finish in the High Kick Division. Emily recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati where she danced for two years. Previously, Emily coached the dance team at Anderson High School and worked as head of the summer dance program for the Anderson Parks District.
Rachel Bauer (junior varsity assistant coach)
Rachel Horton is the MND junior varsity assistant coach and is also a certified personal trainer. She lives in Reading Ohio with her husband and dog. Rachel coached the MND Youth dance team from 2009-2010 where they placed first in their Hip Hop cateogry. Rachel went to Northern Kentucky University, studied Recreation Fitness and Dance, and was also on the NKU dance team for 4 years. Since college she's danced with a few dance teams around the tristate including: Northern Kentucky X-treme semi-professional dance team, Dance With Me, LLC, and the Commando Cuties professional dance team.
Molly McGaffin (youth head coach)
This is Molly’s second year coaching MND’s youth dance team. Molly danced on the MND Cubs dance team in 2003 and then on the Varsity team from 2004-2006. In her junior year, the team medaled at the National Competition in Orlando, Florida and during her senior year she was the team captain. Molly is a 2010 graduate from Miami University where she studied Family Relationships and Human Development. At Miami, Molly was heavily involved in women’s ministry and event planning through Campus Crusade for Christ. Molly is so excited to be back with the MND dance program and working with the youngest dancers!
