Theme: Getting Started
- Snacks - will start in the hall - you can get your snack and come in to the room
- Attendance - Check in with Ashley Keppler when you arrive (many were absent due to retreats and sports)
- Starfire girls arrived - Only 3 were there
- Nametag activity - everyone created a nametag
- Intro members - MND students and Starfire girls
- Intro Leaders - Exec Board and Small Group Leaders
- Expectations - come to meetings on time, late start meetings gives you a chance to go to other clubs, stay until the end of the meeting
- Format - nametags, introduce small groups and leaders, voting points for attendance/participation, bonus points each meeting by group leaders
- Meeting Calendar - On Website - it is your responsibility to keep track of meetings and communicate with your small group leader
- Overview of the Program this year - Connection to Magnified Giving
- Small Groups - explain "theme" for this year - ART - Visual, Music, Theatre, Dance, etc...
