Celebrating with the MND Family

The “Mount Notre Dame Experience” is what makes us so unique. The four years the women of MND spend with us are filled with academic excellence, rooted in Catholic values, in a warm community where they will make friends for a lifetime. The Grande Gala, Mount Notre Dame’s premier fundraiser, is an event that protects the “MND Experience.”

The Grande Gala is not your typical dinner auction – each event has its own personality. The hundreds of volunteers that work on everything from invitations to decorations ensure that it is THE social event of the year! Mount Notre Dame’s campus is completely transformed and whisks guests away to whatever adventure the theme holds. Guests enjoy a gourmet dinner, a live and silent auction containing hundreds of fabulous items and a lovely night out with friends.

Every student at MND benefits from The Grande Gala. Proceeds from this event funds the nearly $2,500 scholarship that each student receives to off-set the gap between MND’s tuition and the actual cost of education. The Gala has also provided new desks, SMARTBoards™, technology upgrades, scholarships, tuition assistance, LabQuest Interface Units, building and grounds improvements, After Prom activities, MND Theatre Program, athletics and the Cougar Dance Team.

The Grande Gala allows MND to live its mission.
