Dance Program
The MND Cougars Dance Teams proudly represent Mount Notre Dame!
The Dance Program is comprised of three teams: Varsity (grades 9-12), Juniors (grades 7-9) and Youth (grades 4-6). MND's Dance Program boasts a group of highly motivated and talented dancers of both present and future MND students from throughout the Tri-State area.
All teams compete regionally, and our Varsity team qualifies for and competes in the Universal Dance Association's National Championship held each February in Orlando, FL. The competition is televised on ESPN, giving MND's dancers a national audience! The Cougar Dance Program is blessed to have a coaching staff of highly trained, award-winning choreographers and coaches. It is their skill and expertise that drives MND's dancers to excel!
