Mount Notre Dame is excited to launch our new five-year Strategic Plan – Bold Future…Creating Women of Impact since 1860.
Preparation for the new plan began in the Spring of 2022 when MND contracted with Partners in Mission, a full-service firm focused exclusively on developing excellence in Catholic school advancement and leadership. Together, with the help of almost 100 constituents, eight domains of focus were identified:
- Academics and Technology
- Catholic Identity
- Development
- Enrollment
- Facilities and Technology
- Finance
- Marketing and Communications
- Student-Life
These domains set the stage for an ambitious mandate; one that our leadership believes will propel MND to the forefront of excellence for generations to come.
