Golf Coach (Grades 9-12)

Campus Minister for Service, Justice & Peace (Grades 9-12)
Full-Time

Mount Notre Dame is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time position within the Campus Ministry Department working on community service and multicultural ministry efforts.  The ideal candidate will have passion for the Catholic faith and Catholic social teaching.  This position will have responsibility for some activities outside of a normal school day. Annual Fund and Alumnae Officer
Full-Time

Mount Notre Dame is seeking a qualified development professional for a full-time position as Annual Fund and Alumnae Officer to begin this spring.  The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing gift-giving programs, possess strong interpersonal, communication and technology skills and have the drive to meet and exceed goals.  This candidate would also be expected to form relationships with MND alumnae of all ages by initiating and leveraging meaningful strategies.  Experience with Raiser’s Edge and other Blackbaud products, and on-line giving platforms is helpful.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Mount Notre Dame High School is seeking a qualified individual for a 12-week long term substitute teaching position beginning mid-August 2022 and continuing through mid-November 2022 within the Ministry & Religious Studies Professional Learning Community.  The ideal candidate will have passion for the Catholic faith and for building a strong rapport with our students as they move forward in their spiritual development.  Experience integrating technology into lessons is highly desired.  MND’s Christ-centered approach is rooted in the mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.  Catholic candidate required.

Spirit Shop Manager
Part-Time

Mount Notre Dame High School is seeking a qualified individual for a part-time (approx. 20 hours per week, 12 month) position as Spirit Shop Manager.  The ideal candidate will possess the skills to manage all operations of the Spirit Shop, have a passion for Mount Notre Dame and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. The position does require some flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include:

♦ Managing the operations of the MND Spirit Shop
♦ Coordinating the supply and sale of the MND uniform
♦ Coordinating MND Athletic team spirit wear and other school spirit wear needs
♦ Serving as the liaison to the online spirit wear company
♦ Managing volunteer workers for the Spirit Shop

Skills & Experience:

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; warm and welcoming demeanor

♦ Proficient in handling a multitude of tasks in a busy work environment
♦ Highly motivated and self-directed
♦ Basic financial management and reporting experience
♦ Proficient technology skills in Windows and Microsoft products
♦ Strategic brand/marketing understanding
♦ Retail, merchandising, and/or marketing experience a plus

Maintenance Opening (Starts Immediately)

Job Title:  Evening Custodian Supervisor (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM some overtime hours)

Responsibilities include

  • Daily, Custodial support of entire MND campus
  • Supervise evening custodians (1.5)
  • Summer hours change to day shift (8:30-5:00)
